What are the changes?
● Discontinuation of Pearson VUE Testing Services: Avaya will no longer offer Avaya Proctored Exam Delivery at Pearson VUE Testing Services.
● New Certification Offerings: A new program called Avaya Services Technical Associate (ASTA) will replace the current Avaya Certified Implementation Specialist (ACIS) and Avaya Certified Support Specialist (ACSS).
● One Program for Services Technicians: Avaya will consolidate what used to be two different programs into one unified program for Services Technicians. This means that there will be a single evaluation approach rather than two separate ones.
These changes are part of Avaya's strategy to simplify its certification offerings and make them more accessible to students.
